Josh Jenkins

Director of Innovation, Trade and Growth, ACOA New Brunswick

Josh began his career with ACOA in 1998 as a co-op student and has had roles in almost every part of the Agency over the last 25 years, including Finance and Corporate Services, Operations, Policy and Program Delivery.  He’s currently the Director of Innovation, Trade and Growth at ACOA New Brunswick. 

Josh has been drawn to roles and initiatives over the course of his career that allow him to work with teams to create new products or find creative solutions to stubborn challenges.  From introducing the Rapid Results methodology to streamline internal processes, to launching the ACOA Hull Design Efficiency Challenge, to leading a pilot aimed at helping companies increase their levels of digital adoption (i.e., DAP), Josh brings a focus on teamwork, client service, and innovation. 

Josh lives in Moncton with his wife Lisa, their two children Chloe and Jax, and their COVID-puppy Bailey.
