David is a business lawyer in the energy industry, currently a member of the leadership team at Saint John LNG LP (a fully owned Repsol S.A. subsidiary) where he leads several departments including procurement, IT, and Legal, while also advising on Repsol’s other Canadian interests and business development opportunities.  

He began his career in private practice with a major Atlantic Canadian law firm with a focus on energy & natural resources, corporate/commercial, real estate transactions, and construction matters. 

David is a graduate of UNB (LL.B., MBA) and currently serves as vice chair of the CBA NB’s Environment, Energy, and Resource Law Section and is a member of the NB Law Society Admissions Committee.
